These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Habit Dental website (the "Site") and any related services provided by Habit Dental ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
2. Registration and Account Security
a. You may need to register for an account to access certain features of the Site. If you choose to register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security.
3. Online Store, Products, Purchases, and Returns
a. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are offering to purchase a product, representing that you are of legal age, and that all information provided is accurate.
b. Prices are in U.S. Dollars and may not include shipping, handling charges, or applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices and refuse service to anyone for any reason.
c. We ship orders to all 50 United States and Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days.
d. Payment must be made using a valid payment method. You may contact us at info@habitdental.ca for help resolving any payment disputes.
e. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site and may be subject to return or exchange in accordance.
f. We do not have a return policy. Due to the nature of our products being medical and for personal use, we do not accept any returns or exchanges whatsoever.
4. Appointment Cancellation
You may cancel or change any appointment up to forty-eight (48) hours before your appointment without charge. Late cancellations, not showing up or changes 24 hours or less before an appointment will incur a $150 fee.
5. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to other websites that are not maintained by us. We are not responsible for the content of those sites and disclaim any liability for damages or losses arising from your reliance on them.
6. Payment Terms
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and other charges.
7. Limitations
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products and services and may change product descriptions and prices at any time without notice.
